All these parts are made from Alanod Miro Silver
What are the Rigid98 Tube Parts:
Upper Ring - 250mm High with slots cut into the top edge. These slots match up to lugs on the Breather Frame, and with a simple twist the ring is attached to the Roof Parts. ALL Rigid98 Tube Systems require an Upper Ring.
Angle Adaptor - This allows the angle of the tube to be changed. This can be to adjust for the roof pitch or to move the tube off centre if roof parts and ceiling parts don't align. There are two different Angle Adaptors available: 0 - 45 degree (310mm High) and 0 - 90 degree (620mm High). Some Systems may require one Angle Adaptor, whilst some may require two. If the roof pitch is 0 degrees and the roof parts & ceiling parts align, you will not require an Angle Adaptor.
Length - There are two different lengths available: 625mm & 1250mm. These are used simply to extend the length of the Rigid98 Tube to the required installation length.
Lower Ring - The final piece of the system to be installed, this 155mm high ring is used to fill the gap between the last Rigid98 Tube Length or Angle Adaptor and the Ceiling Parts.
How do I work out what parts I need:
If the roof has a pitch of 1 degree or more, and the ceiling parts are directly below the roof parts, you need one angle adaptor.
If the roof has a pitch of 1 degree or more, and the ceiling parts will not be directly below the roof parts you need two angle adaptors.
If any of these angles are greater than 45 degrees, you will need the 0 - 90 degree Angle Adaptors.
To work out your required length of Rigid Tube, measure from the ceiling to the top of the rafters and add 0.2m.
There is a 30mm overlap when joining the parts, so add the "Practical Lengths" of the parts you require: Upper Ring (0.22m), 45 Angle Adaptor (0.28m), 90 Angle Adaptor (0.59m), Lower Ring (0.12m). Then add as many 625mm lengths (0.595m) or 1250mm lengths (1.22m) as required to get to the overall required installation length.
